Google Ads Performance Manager – E-Commerce (ROAS Focused)
We are looking for a Google Ads expert who can scale e-commerce revenue profitably.
This role is performance-based.
ROAS and CPA matter.
You must be comfortable managing budgets and optimizing campaigns aggressively.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage and scale Google Ads campaigns
- Optimize Shopping & Performance Max campaigns
- Improve ROAS and reduce CPA
- Manage remarketing campaigns
- Improve tracking & attribution
- Test creatives and landing pages
- Analyze campaign data and adjust strategy

- Consistent ROAS improvement
- Reduced cost per conversion
- Improved campaign structure and tracking
- Scalable profitable ad spend
Requirements
- Proven Google Ads performance results (must show numbers)
- Experience managing ₹8L+ monthly ad budget (or equivalent)
- Strong understanding of conversion tracking
- Experience in e-commerce ads
- Data-driven decision making

Salary Range
₹35,000 – ₹70,000 / month
